These Terms of Service explain how you may use yengko.com and the services described on it. They are provided for clarity and should be read together with the Privacy Notice. They are not legal advice.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, following an Orientation, or submitting a Virtual Orientation reservation, you agree to these Terms.

About YengKo

YengKo (Pty) Ltd provides place-decision intelligence for consequential location decisions. YengKo helps organisations, advisers and individuals understand how places work before they commit.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about YengKo, submitting enquiries, and using Virtual Orientation features made available on the site.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use automated means to scrape or overload the service without permission.

Virtual Orientation

Virtual Orientation is a YengKo service that helps individuals understand a city, neighbourhood, journey, routine, place or process before they need to rely on it.

Customers choose the Orientation. YengKo defines the Orientation, prepares around the context provided, assigns the appropriate person internally and owns the service standard.

Virtual Orientation is not an advisor marketplace, tour service, relocation-agent directory or open booking platform for independent providers.

Prices shown on an Orientation page indicate the expected service price or approved catalogue price for that Orientation. Displayed prices do not by themselves create a contract for delivery during the pilot stage described below.

Reservations during the pilot

During the pilot stage, submitting a reservation does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee that an Orientation will be offered on the date requested.

Reservations help YengKo understand demand and determine which Orientations to prioritise for the pilot. If an Orientation is opened for delivery, scheduling will be confirmed separately.

No payment is taken when a pilot reservation is submitted.

A preferred date submitted with a reservation indicates customer preference only. It is not a confirmed appointment or guaranteed availability.

Availability and scheduling

Orientations may be shown as coming soon or otherwise unavailable for immediate delivery while the pilot is underway.

YengKo may contact you about your reservation to clarify context, discuss timing or propose next steps if an Orientation becomes available for delivery.

Any future confirmed session, payment step or delivery terms will be communicated separately before they apply.

Payments

No payment is taken when you submit a pilot reservation or when you follow an Orientation.

If payment becomes relevant after the pilot stage, YengKo will explain the amount, timing and method before payment is requested.

Follow and updates

Follow lets you register interest in a specific Orientation using your email address. Follow is not a booking, reservation or payment.

If you follow an Orientation, YengKo may send you product-specific updates about that Orientation, including availability changes and relevant pilot updates.

Follow does not create general marketing consent. You may stop following a specific Orientation using the follow controls provided in the product, or contact YengKo if you need help.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Please provide only information that is relevant to your request.

If you submit reservation context, please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for YengKo to understand the support you are requesting.

How YengKo handles personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Changes to Orientations or the pilot

YengKo may update catalogue content, pilot availability, pricing display, reservation intake or delivery scope as the pilot develops.

Material changes that affect an existing reservation or follow relationship will be handled in a reasonable and transparent way, including contact where appropriate.

Intellectual property

The YengKo name, trade marks, website content, editorial materials, Method materials and Orientation catalogue content belong to YengKo or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit YengKo materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You must not use Virtual Orientation or this website to harass others, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent your relationship with YengKo.

Third-party services and links

This website may link to third-party sites or publications. YengKo is not responsible for third-party content or services unless expressly stated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YengKo's liability in connection with use of this website and pilot-stage Virtual Orientation features is limited as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

YengKo may update these Terms when the website, Virtual Orientation pilot or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will change when a revision is published.
